Whenever we have a work dinner, I’m always excited to find out where we are going and be surprised by what I might find. For dinner one night, a big group of us ended up at Z’Tejas in downtown Austin. I had never been to downtown Austin so I was excited to see the tall buildings and the different atmosphere there. It was coming alive with the night scene I would expect from a city with the motto “Keep Austin Weird”. I kept my dinner simple in preparation for dessert that I had at Gordough’s. The salmon was seasoned well and was perfectly flakey. I enjoyed the grilled veggies as my side.
